Cancellation Policy

Here at Bella Chic, we value our stylists time, as well as our guests. We ask that

you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 48

hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment within

that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:

- 48 hours or more in advance: NO FEE

- Less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the cost of service booked

- No-Call / No-Show – 100% of the cost of service booked

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we have the

right to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time

frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear

from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered

a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
